1- The renter must be over 18 years of age and should have valid D.L.
2- Renter is not allowed to drive this car out of sultanate of Oman without no objection certificate issued by our company.
3- Incase of an accident please report it to the nearest Police station and obtain a police Report and
la inform our office immediately.
4- For security reasons the renter should give his/her Passport of wo Car during that time of renting the car and will be returned to renter after receiving the car in good condition and after settlement of all dues.
5- Renter should return the car on the expiry date of agreed rental period, if the car is not retuned on me renter is responsible for additional charges.
6- The vehicle was delivered to the hirer in good condition as per the attaches check-out list and the hirer undertakes to keep sufficient water and oil n the vehicle.
7. The hirer also agreed to let the office have the car for such services that are dues as per manufacturers requirements.
8. The hirer agreed to return the vehicle with same fuel or pay for the same at the end of hire.

9. The hirer must notify the rental office if any mechanical fault or accident occurs he should then return the car for repair, hirer is not allowed to carry out any repair without written. permission from the Rental Office.
10- In case of an accident or any disability to the car, the rental office reserves the right to hold the car for repair and deduct the lost days of rent and the cost of repair from the hirer,
11- The hirer will not use the vehicle for races or competitions or carry heavy load over capacity tram manufactured that may cause damage to the vehicle & if we find the opposite the renter will be fine with 350 RO
12- If any of the given informations are found to be false we reserve the right to cancel the agreement.
13- The hirer is fully responsible towards the rental office regarding any legal case or any commitment concerning the vehicle.
14- The hirer undertakes not to use the vehicle for towing and in case he does so all damage charges will be bome by him.
15- One day hire means 24 hours and extra hours will be calculated as an additional day.
16- The hirer is warned that every cost due lo an accident or any damages that occur while the hirer is under the influence of alcohol or any other kind of drugs
will pay against all damage or loss in the vehicle and be responsible in front of legal parties

18- The hirer is responsible for any damages caused to the cars interior or exterior, and will be the cost of repair.
19- The renter is obligated to pay 300 R.O against every Accident to the car and must pay for other costs ROP or insurance company or any relaxed parties dealing with accident and rentar has lo Towing the ROP to be Checked and then to the garage which insurance company Determine on his account, in case of car cancellation the renter takeover all the coasts sense until getting a new vehicle any pay additional 1000RO to the office
20- if the car was returned before the end of rental period agreed upon, we will not be committed to refund the remaining amounts.
21- If was notice any tampering with the Speedometer we reserve the right to take the following action:
a) Cancel the free mileage given.
b) Fine the hires 35 Rials for every rental day.
c) Hirer must pay the cost of repairing the meter.
22- The hirer is not allowed to rerent the vehicle or use it for other than the purpose of rental otherwise the office will withdraw the vehicle and take suitable actions.
23- Hirer is obligated to abide Oman Laws and will be responsible for any traffic violations while driving the vehicle and we are free from any legal responsibility.
24- The hirer will not give the car to any body else whomsoever unless there is a written permission from the Rental Office.

25- in the case of third party insurance the hirer will bear the cost of repairing the car if an accident occur and if the car was cancelled will pay the full value of the car as we evaluate it, plus all the deductible.
26- All parts of the car are carrying serial numbers, if we notice any replacement or the parts we reserve ne right to lake gal action.
27- The renter is agreed that he’ll pay the full dues, In case if he delay on it’s date, or refuse to pay, any installment in it’s date all the rest amount will be due immediately without any action from our side and there will be also interest R.O. 0.150 daily unit until he paid the full amount.
28- In case of non payment of founds that are specified by this agreement. The owner has the right issue the case against the rental at any court to judicial authorities in the Sultanate of Oman or abroad and to hold him/her responsible for paying all charges and lawyer’s expenses.
29- The First party is not responsible for the belongings left in the vehicle.
30- Charge for interior damage shall be charged minimum 40/_ OMR
